• Changes to bookings should be communicated as early as possible

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: full service fee may be charged
• No-shows without prior notice: full service fee will be charged

Pet Health and Safety

• You must disclose any known health conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues
• Pets must be up to date with vaccinations as required for the service
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we deem it unsafe
• In case of emergency, we will seek veterinary care and you will be responsible for associated costs

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services:

• We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or health issues in your pet
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from your pet's own behaviour or temperament
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of services paid
• We maintain appropriate insurance for our services
